Richard Hills

Richard has an MSc in Management Science from Imperial College and also gained the Diploma of Imperial College. More recently he attended Oxford University studying for a Diploma in English Local History. His career in investment started with the Central Board of Finance of the Church of England, later joining Henderson where he sat on the Investment Policy Committee and ran the Special Fund Unit.
He next worked for Aberdeen before finally forming his own company specialising in the construction of portfolios of hedge fund strategies for institutional and private clients. Since 2005 he has acted as a consultant, expert witness and non-executive to a variety of companies most of which have been investment trusts or private equity houses.
Within the City he served 6 years in the Honourable Artillery Company. He is currently the Upper Warden of the Worshipful Company of Pewterers and a member of the Court of City University. Richard enjoys history, fishing and supports Bath Rugby Club.
