About the Event

Chris will be sharing his views on the political environment and the macro themes shaping the industry: from ESG regulation to the tectonic shifts caused by growing adoption of digitalisation and AI, the industry is going through a period of rapid transformation with firms often ahead of policymakers and regulators. Hear how the industry is responding to the challenges of implementing the raft of post-Brexit regulation from Consumer Duty to Value Assessments - and how the IA will respond to the FCA’s latest proposals for the future of our market.

Miranda will lead the discussion on the economy and give details of the IA’s insights on fund flows, investor behaviour and the investment trends we see across asset classes.

The Investment Association is our sponsor for this event and will be hosting us at their office at Camomile Court, 23 Camomile Street, London, EC3A 7LL.

CPD attendance certificates will be provided after the event.  Please note that registering for the event confirms that you are happy for us to share your contact details with the Investment Association.

We encourage you to invite colleagues and friends who may be interested in this discussion, as well as about membership of the Guild. Places are limited, so please book ASAP.

There is no charge for the event, but we are asking attendees to make a donation of £10.00 to the Investment Managers’ Charitable Trust.

Please arrive from 5.30pm for registration. The discussion will start at 6.00pm and the subsequent networking session will finish by 8.30pm. We look forward to seeing you.

All times are subject to change.
